Al Jazeera Steel Products Company SAOG announced the resignation of Mr. Abdullah Salim Said Al Araimi from the position as member of board of directors as well as member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee effective from October 11, 2023, due to personal reasons. The appointment of temporary director will be informed in due course.
