Al Salam Bank, based in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched a video call feature on its self-service kiosk which launched late last year, according to a albawaba.com report. The video will enable clients to request direct assistance from a representative during official working hours.

The kiosk is equipped with biometric and know-your-customer authentication technology.

The kiosk enables onboarding new clients, account opening, issuing debit and prepaid cards, issuing replacement cards, updating personal information and printing certificates, account statements and account balances.
