Albert Technologies Ltd. announced two new independent member appointments to its board of directors. The board has appointed Lisa Gordan, former Chief Operating Officer of Yattendon Group Plc as chairwoman; and Robert Norman, the former Global Digital Officer of GroupM as director. Gordan was appointed chairwoman following the retirement of former Orange UK CEO John Allwood. With these changes, the Albert Technologies board consists of six members, four of whom are independent. Gordan co-founded and acted as Corporate Development Director of Local World. Norman additionally brings significant industry experience to the Board, having spent 31 years at companies within the WPP media agency network. He will be key to guiding the growth of Albert’s ongoing agency partnership program. Gordan and Norman, along with the other experienced and influential business leaders on the Albert Technologies board, will lead Albert into its next phase of growth. The new board of directors will specifically be charged with overseeing the following key company priorities: establishing Albert as the first marketing AI-as-a-Service platform, providing global consumer brands a cutting-edge solution for autonomous, cross-channel, digital campaign orchestration accompanied by strategic services; growing Albert’s partnerships with global consultancies and agencies; expanding the company’s direct sales and marketing activities in support of continued growth.
