Ales Groupe SA is a France-based company engaged in the production of hair care, skin care products and perfumes. The Company produces dermo-cosmetic treatments, as well as hair treatments designed for individuals and hairdressing professionals. The Company operates various subsidiaries located in France, the United Kingdom, Canada, Benelux, Poland and other countries, such as Boy Diffusion, Parfums Caron, PhytoSolba, Caster, Phytales, Ales Groupe Industrie and Ales Groupe Inc, among others. As of December 31, 2011, S.A.S. Avila held an 80.57% stake in the Company's shareholdings.
