(Alliance News) - Alfio Bardolla Training Group Spa announced Tuesday that it has approved its budget for 2023, which envisages revenues of EUR18.7 million and Ebitda of EUR3.7 million, with a related margin of about 20 percent.

"The development strategy during 2023 includes growth across all group companies, with further strengthening and consolidation of the digital strategy: for the parent company, it is planned, in particular, to return to physical events, while also maintaining online events, the move to the new headquarters, suitable to accommodate the growing number of resources in addition to having a dedicated course location, the holding of the Wake Up Call in hybrid mode; for the Spanish subsidiary, ABTG Espana, it is planned to open the operational office in Valencia, the hiring of a local figure in Valencia to move the business activity, and the launch of training dedicated to entrepreneurs. In addition, free tours in Spanish cities and a return to the Wake Up Call in physical and online form are planned," the company explained.

Again, for AGL, revenues are expected to increase with the strengthening of the core business, related to affiliations and monthly fees, and the launch of new services with further digital developments and greater integration and remuneration of affiliates.

Finally, for SBL, having completed the organizational reorganization phase after the acquisition, significant growth is expected in 2023 with the start of synergies with the parent company and IT developments.

Alfio Bardolla, president and CEO of ABTG, commented, "In 2023, the strategy, begun in 2018, of creating a group with high growth potential, which will enable the exploitation of synergies and mutual expertise, takes shape and substance. This serves the interest of the business and is also aimed at providing greater stability for investors."

ABTG's stock is up 4.7 percent at EUR2.25 per share.
