Koichi Ishiwatari agreed to acquire remaining 90% stake in AiCON TOKYO Co., Ltd. from Allied Architects, Inc. (TSE:6081) on December 10, 2021. Upon completion, Ishiwatari will hold 100% stake in AiCON and it will be excluded from the Allied Architects' consolidated subsidiary from the fiscal year ending December 2022. The net worth, total assets, sales and net loss of AiCON were ¥31 million, ¥41 million, ¥78 million and ¥3 million, respectively, for fiscal year ending December 31, 2020. The transaction is expected to close on January 1, 2022.
