This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 22, 2022 had approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Allsec Technologies Limited with Quess Corp Limited ("Scheme"), subject to the Hon'ble NCLT and other necessary approvals under the applicable laws.
In view of the changed market scenario, the Board considered the proposal of withdrawal under clause 21.2 of the Scheme at its meeting held today, December 23, 2022 and approved withdrawal of the Scheme.
