Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited entered into a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire Labour Law Compliance Business of Allsec Technologies Ltd from Allsec Technologies Limited (NSEI:ALLSEC) for an Enterprise Value of INR 270 million on February 6, 2024. The deal is valued at an Enterprise Value of INR 270 million, on a cash and debt free basis, subject to closing adjustments. The deal is expected to be completed on March 31, 2024.
