Almunajem Foods Company entered into an agreement to acquire 22.878788% stake in Balady Poultry Company for approximately SAR 180 million on April 30, 2024. The per share price is SAR 120. Following the transaction Almunajem Foods Company will hold 40% of the stake in Balady Poultry Company.
