CONVERTIBLE LOAN AGREEMENT

- FURTHER EXTENSION OF AVAILABILITY PERIOD

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings of as the circular released by Alpha DX Group Limited on 24 September 2020 ("Circular"), the Company's announcements dated 15 July 2020, 18 September 2020, 9 October 2020, 22 January 2021 and 27 April 2021 in relation to, amongst others, the Convertible Loan Agreement.

The board of directors (the "Board") of Alpha DX Group Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Convertible Loan Agreement with the Didi Investment, Inc (the "Investor"). The Company and Investor had mutually agreed to further extend the Availability Period from 30 June 2021 to 31 October 2021.

The Company will keep Shareholders updated via announcement on the SGXNet as and when there are any material updates in relation thereto.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to read this announcement and further announcements by the Company carefully.
