Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire Zionext Pte. Ltd. from Alpha DX Group Limited for SGD 2 million.

Kydon Holdings Pte Ltd entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire Zionext Pte. Ltd. from Alpha DX Group Limited (Catalist:VVL) for SGD 2 million on August 8, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, the consideration of SGD 1,910,125.73 shall be set-off against the debt owed by Alpha DX Group to Kydon Holdings and remaining SGD 100,000 will be paid on the completion date.

Completion of the transaction is conditional upon the approval of the shareholders of Alpha DX Group and a waiver from the Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte. Ltd. Messrs Tan Wei Cheong and Lim Loo Khoon of Deloitte & Touche LLP acted as accountant to Alpha DX Group.
