The annual general meeting of our Company has resolved on May 6, 2021 appropriating the annual net profit generated in the 2020 financial year in the amount of EUR 105,000,000.00 as follows:

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders by their custodian banks on May 11, 2021 via Clearstream Banking AG.
The paying agent is Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Since the dividend is being paid in full from the tax reserve account as defined by Sec. 27 of the German Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftsteuergesetz, KStG) (contributions not paid into the nominal capital), the payment is being made without deduction of capital gains tax and solidarity surcharge. Domestic shareholders are not required to pay tax on the dividend. The dividend does not entitle recipients to a tax credit.
