Alstria office REIT : secures first tenant for its Mannheim repositioning project

Hamburg, September 1, 2021- alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Mannheim.
alstria has signed a new long-term lease for the property 'Augusta Grand' at Augustaanlage 60 in Mannheim. The tenant will lease 2,900 square meters of office space for a term of ten years, which represents 75% of the area in the low-rise building. The lease will start in the third quarter of 2022 and the annual rental income will be around EUR 574,000.
alstria is currently refurbishing the former Bilfinger Berger headquarters, composed of three buildings, one of which is being converted into residential use.
The lease was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
