Yahoo! Inc. announced that its Vice President of Global Public Relations and Communications Anne Espiritu is stepping down after four years with the company. Long-time Yahoo executive Sheila Tran is being promoted as new head of global PR. Espiritu will join Oscar Insurance Corp. as vice president of communications and corporate social responsibility later in August 2016.
