Alterra Limited (ASX:1AG) announces a share repurchase program. Under the offer, the company will repurchase its own shares. The repurchase will be made from shareholders who holds company's shares with a value of AUD 500 or less.
The shares will be repurchased at no more than AUD 0.006 per share. The record date for the buyback is March 1, 2024. The offer will be valid till April 19, 2024.
