Altheora SA (ENXTPA:ALORA) enters into exclusive negotiations for an acquisition. The company announced opening of exclusive negotiations in view of acquiring 100% of capital of a company expert in thermoplastic injection parts. The group may soon consider going to market to finance this acquisition project.
