ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (hereinafter the Company) with reference to the current report no. 24/2017 of 30 May 2017 informs about receiving on 19 June 2017 information from Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (hereinafter Copernicus Capital TFI) about a return of an application which was submitted on 1 June 2017 and referred to plans of concentration regarding a takeover of ALTUS 20 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty with is registered seat in Warsaw by Copernicus Capital TFI.

According to the position of the chairman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the plan of concentration is not reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection due the fact that the rights which enable a decisive influence on the activity of ALTUS 20 FIZ will be entitled to an entity which is a participant of this fund, not to Copernicus Capital TFI.

Taking into account the above, the condition described in the current report no. 24/2017 of 30 May 2017 relating to the lack of reservations from the chairman of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on taking over the management of ALTUS 20 FIZ by Copernicus Capital TFI was fulfilled.
