		LTI Performance Rights (to AWC ordinary
		shares) granted to the Chief Executive
		Officer (CEO) and Acting Chief Financial
		Officer (Acting CFO), other KMP and other
		eligible members of the Alumina Limited
		Employee Share Plan (AESP). These Rights
		were issued under the Terms and
		Conditions of the AESP. The Rights granted
		in February 2022 have a performance test
		period of 3 years.
		The underlying shares are purchased on
		market and are held by the Alumina
		Employee Share Plan Pty Ltd subject to
		vesting on the completion of the required
		conditions and exercise by the relevant
		employees.
