Alupar Investimento : Shareholders Announcement – Payment of Interim Dividends

Alupar Investimento S.A. ('Company') hereby inform the shareholders that the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting held on this date, approved, ad referendum by the Annual General Meeting to be held until April 30, 2018, pursuant to article 204 of Law No. 6,404, dated December 15, 1976, as amended ('Corporation Law'), and articles 18(h) and 37 of the Company's Bylaws, the declaration of interim dividends to be paid to shareholders based on in the Company's balance sheet as of June 30, 2017, in the total amount of R$ 61,537,788.83 (sixty-one million, five hundred and thirty-seven thousand, seven hundred and eighty-eight reais and eighty-three centavos), which is equivalent to R$ 0.07 per share or R$ 0.21 per Unit. The interim dividends will be allocated to the mandatory minimum dividends referred to in article 202 of the Brazilian Corporate Law, if their distribution is ratified by the Company's Annual General Meeting.
The payment of interim dividends will be made to the shareholders on February 16, 2018. Entitled to receive these dividends are the shareholders registered in the records of the Company as at the end of the day of February 1, 2018. In this way, the shares issued by the Company will be traded 'ex-dividends' as of February 2, 2018.
