AM Resources Corp. agreed to acquire Lithium Exploration Licenses in Austria from Prospection Grosier Minéraux ltée for CAD 0.43 million.

AM Resources Corp. (TSXV:AMR) agreed to acquire Lithium Exploration Licenses in Austria from Prospection Grosier Minéraux ltée for CAD 0.43 million on May 3, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, AM Resources will pay CAD 0.1 million in cash and 3 million common shares on closing date, 5 million shares after one year of closing and 5 million shares after two years of closing.

Licenses include a 100% interest in three properties, namely Legend, East Wolf and Sankt Rad. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
