Company Amata B. Grimm Power Plant Infrastructure Fund

Amata B.Grimm Power Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end infrastructure fund. The Fund's objective is to seek funds from investors, and to invest mostly in the power plant infrastructure businesses. The Fund has invested in the Revenue Sharing Agreement, which transfers the benefits from the electricity generated by the sponsor, Amata B.Grimm Power 2 Limited (ABP2). In addition, the Fund can also invest in other infrastructure businesses that can generate benefits for the Fund and the unitholders. The Fund is managed by Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company) and the Fund's trustee is TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited.
