We are horrified to see how the war in Ukraine is devastating the lives of many innocent people.
Ambarella's business exposure to Russia has been extremely minimal over the past few years. In our last fiscal year that ended January 31, 2022, we generated only 0.002% (less than $6,000) of our total revenue from Russia. Moreover, we have generated zero revenue from Russia since our current fiscal year began on February 1, 2022, and we do not have any planned shipments.
In terms of our physical presence, Ambarella has never had any operations nor facilities in Russia, and has zero employees there. Additionally, Ambarella has not made any investments in Russia and does not have any planned investments.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the Ukrainian people, and our hope is for a rapid and peaceful end to this war.
