Ambition Corporation reported consolidated earnings results for the first half of fiscal year ending June 2021. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 16,440 million against JPY 12,105 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 478 million against operating loss of JPY 21 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 431 million against ordinary loss of JPY 95 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 137 million against loss attributable to owners of parent of JPY 197 million a year ago.
Ambition DX Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Ambition Corp, is a Japan-based company engaged in property management business, rental brokerage business, and investment business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Property Management segment is engaged in the leasing properties rented from real estate owners with a rent guarantee to general consumers, real estate owner recruitment agency business, and restoration work when moving in and out. The Invest segment mainly develops and sells newly built designer condominiums in the premium areas of the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Meguro, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato, Shinagawa, Chuo. The Rental Brokerage segment is engaged in the introduction of properties to general consumers who have business stores and are looking for rental properties and mediation of rental properties. It is also engaged in insurance business and real estate digital transformation business.
