DUBAI, May 17 (Reuters) - The ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued a decree dissolving a special tribunal that was formed to settle disputes related to real estate lenders Amlak Finance and Tamweel, the Dubai government media office said on Twitter on Monday.
