Amot Investments Ltd. (TASE:AMOT) signed an agreement to acquire plot of land located on 30 Habarzel Street in Ramat Hahayal from Israel Land Administration on November 27, 2016. Amot Investments plans to build an office and commercial building on the land. The project includes 13,400 square feet of rentable areas, including 8 floors and underground parking. The consideration for the acquisition and the project is approximately ILS 250 million, out of which ILS 100 will be paid upon signing and the rest upon transferring the holdings. Amot Investment Ltd (TASE:AMOT) completed the acquisition of plot of land located on 30 Habarzel Street in Ramat Hahayal from the Israel Land Administration in May 2017.
