Angel Yeast Co., Ltd Signs Global Licence Agreement with Renaissance Bioscience Corp for Wine, Cider and Craft Beer Yeast

Angel Yeast Co. Ltd. has signed a global licence agreement with Renaissance BioScience Corp. to exclusively manufacture and supply the Renaissance novel, patent-protected yeast portfolio for the wine, cider and craft beer industries worldwide, starting in fourth quarter of 2017. Renaissance’s novel hydrogen sulfide-preventing wine, cider and craft beer yeasts have generated significant commercial interest in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Australia/New Zealand. All Renaissance yeasts are patent-protected and were developed using classical non-GMO techniques. Under the agreement, Renaissance will work with Angel to fully commercialize the existing wine, cider and craft beer yeast portfolio, and bring new and exciting strains to the market in the coming years.
ANGEL YEAST CO., LTD is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of yeast and other products. The Company operates its businesses primarily through yeast and deep processed yeast product business, dairy product business, packing business and sugar refinery business. The Company mainly provides baker's yeast, brewing/distilling yeast, yeast extracts, healthy products, biological feeding additives and food materials, among others, which are applied in baking, alcohol, seasoning, medical, human health and animal nutrition industries.
