Zhejiang Jialift Warehouse Equipment Co.,Ltd announced that it will issue 11,200,000 shares at a price of CNY 7.5918 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 85,028,160 on December 31, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600761). The transaction has been approved in the 19th meeting of the company's 9th board of directors of the company and does not need to be submitted to its shareholders meeting for review and approval.
On January 4, 2021, the company announced that the stake held by returning investor, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600761) will increase from 17.5% to 35%, post to the transaction. The registered capital of the company at present is CNY 41,600,000.
