Such strict requirements for carbon contentcarbon equivalent, the yield strength requires reaching above 450MPa and lowtemperature impact property reaching above 80J at -40℃.In dimensional precision, the outside diametertolerance is only ±0.3%D, the wall thickness tolerance is ±7.5%t,and also need ultrasonic thicknessmeasurement.In corrosion resistance,HIC experiment evaluation requires soak 96hours in A solution and CSR≤0.5%,CLR≤5%,crackthickness rate≤1.5%；SSCexperiment evaluation requires that under 90%SYS(actual yield strength) loadingstress and after soaking 720 hours , there are no cracks observed byX100optical magnifying glass.Under so much special requirements, the researchand development group of Tianda focus on material ratio,smelting steeltechnique and manufacture parameter.After multiple tests, Tianda successfullydeveloped series of pipes for submarine pipeline.And tianda paied 40 millionYuan for GE EMI from Germany, electro-hydraulic servo universal testingmachines and Cortest ring stress corrosion testing machine from US.
