Ânima Holding S.A. reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2023. For the full year, the company reported sales was BRL 3,732.94 million compared to BRL 3,563.23 million a year ago. Net loss was BRL 329.63 million compared to BRL 102.25 million a year ago.
Basic loss per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.87 compared to BRL 0.27 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.87 compared to BRL 0.27 a year ago.
Anima Holding SA, formerly GAEC Educacao SA, is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the educational sector. The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Higher education and Vertical management. The Higher education division focuses on developing formal and distance education services by offering college degrees and professional specialization courses, including undergraduate, graduate, masters, doctorate and extension degrees.
