APM Human Services International Limited announced an update to its Executive Team to support its continued global growth and provide dedicated leadership to key support functions. Steve Fewster, APM's current Chief Financial Officer will move into a new role as Chief Operations Officer leading Business Services with responsibility for Digital and Technology, Risk and Procurement. Steve has experience leading these functions both at APM and in his former roles at Westrac and Fortescue Metals Group.

Matthew Cooper, APM's Deputy Chief Financial Officer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Following his career at PWC, Matthew joined APM in 2017 and has been working across investor relations, financial reporting and analysis, treasury and capital management in the global business. Ian Taylor will join APM as Chief Strategy Officer and is expected to commence early 2024.

Ian will take overall leadership of strategic planning, business development, corporate development and investor relations. Ian joins after more than 20 years with Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director and most recently as Head of Equity Capital Markets in Australia & New Zealand. Ian has extensive experience working with a broad range of leading companies and investors around the globe, including directly in many of APM's key international growth markets in North America and Asia Pacific.

Ian has had extensive involvement with APM since 2021, advising on its IPO and the acquisition of Equus in 2022.
