Apollo Global Capital, Inc. (PSE:APL) agreed to acquire 49% stake in Poet Blue Ocean Pte Ltd. from Alex Bernard Ramirez Cruz-Herrera and Mark Ulric Go Chan for approximately PHP 710 million on February 8, 2021. The consideration will be paid in cash. As of the date, no agreement has been entered into by Apollo Global Capital, Inc. relating to the proposed acquisition. The deal will be financed from proceeds of follow-on-offering. The transaction is subject to the approval of the follow-on-offering by both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and Apollo Global Capital, Inc. board approval. As of September 20, 2021 Apollo board approved the deal.
