Assisted 4 Living, Inc. Appoints David Verinder to the Board of Directors of the Company

The Board of Directors of Assisted 4 Living, Inc. has created a new directorship and appointed David Verinder to the Board of Directors of the Company (the ‘Board’), effective September 23, 2021. Mr. Verinder will serve on the Board until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified, or until his earlier resignation or removal in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws. David Verinder currently serves as the President & CEO of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Neither Mr. Verinder, nor any member of his immediate family, has, to the knowledge of the Company, had a material interest, direct or indirect, since the beginning of the Company’s last fiscal year, in any transaction or proposed transaction which may materially affect the Company.
Arboreta Healthcare, Inc. is a diversified healthcare company. The Company operates through three divisions: Arboreta Healthcare, Banyan Pediatric Centers, and Real Living Property Holdings. Arboreta Healthcare division provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living and independent living programs across 34 facilities in in Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Banyan Pediatric Centers division provides a prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) program that provides nurse-staffed day care for young people (birth to 21 years) who have medical conditions that require ongoing specialized care. Real Living Property Holdings division is a real estate holding company into which all real estate is housed. It provides a full range of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The Companyâs independent living communities provide basic housekeeping and linen services, meals, transportation to medical appointments and simple errands.
