The supervisory board and CEO of Arco Vara AS proposed to continue with the dividend policy, which pays dividends quarterly: 2 cents in June, 1 cent in September, 2 cents in December and 1 cent per share in March. EUR 0.01 per share will be paid to the shareholders on 13 March 2025 by transfer to the shareholder's bank account. The respective dividend record date is on 6 March 2025.
This dividend will be proposed to the AGM to be held on 9 May 2024.
