Ms. Tawni Nazario-Cranz provided Arrival SA with a notice of resignation as a Director. Ms. Nazario-Cranz served as Chair of the Compensation Committee, Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. Such resignation took effect September 6, 2023.
