Company Announcement AS VIRŠI-A concludes loan agreement with AS SEB banka

In Riga, on 10 March 2022, AS VIRŠI-A signed a loan agreement with AS SEB banka for the amount of 5 million EUR with interest rate of 1.55% + 3 months EURIBOR and maturity on March 2027. Thanks to its strong financial performance in recent years, the Company's financial position is robust, allowing it to receive additional loan funding. The current geopolitical situation has not affected the development plans of AS VIRŠI-A, and the Company plans to use the funds raised to continue implementing its strategic plan in 2022 and 2023, which foresees further expansion of the service station network in Latvia, as well as implementation of various sustainability-related projects.

The shares of AS VIRŠI-A are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Baltic First North Market.
