The shareholders, Asashio Ltd, TENPOS HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., the lender, and our shareholders, Yuki Kondo, Noriko Kondo, Sumiko Nishio, Chizuko Kondo, Emi Ito, Yu Yokota, Eichi Shinkai, Sinichi Yada, Koji Osaka, have agreed with the lead manager that during the period from the date of the conclusion of the original underwriting agreement until December 23, 2019, the 180th day after the listing (including trading start) date, will not sell its shares without the prior written consent of the lead manager company.
ASAKUMA CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of restaurants. The Company is mainly engaged in the operation of Asakuma and Yappari-Asakuma restaurants which offer steaks and hamburgs. The Asakuma restaurants are mainly engaged in the provision of steaks, hamburgs and salads. The Yappari-Asakuma restaurants are mainly engaged in the provision of steaks and hamburgers as fast food. The Company is also engaged in the operation of various restaurants, including Farmers Garden, Yebisusan, Orandazaka Coffee, Surabaya and Wayang Bali.
