Ascencio is pleased to announce that M. Philippe Scheirlinckx will soon become its new real estate director.

Philippe Scheirlinckx has a long experience in the retail real estate market in Belgium and abroad as he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE before joining the developer, Wilhelm & Co, between 2007 and 2015. His last position was Commercial Director with Devimo.

Philippe's arrival will reinforce the dialogue with Ascencio's tenants and will allow for more detailed analyses of future investment opportunities.

Philippe Scheirlinckx will join Ascencio on September 13, 2017 and will replace Bertrand Labesse who will be leaving the company in August.

We want to thank Bertrand for the 3 years he devoted to Ascencio and wish him success for the new challenges he chose to tackle.
