Aseed Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9959) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 80,000 shares, representing 0.64% of the outstanding shares for ¥60 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until March 31, 2017. As of July 31, 2016, the company had 12,516,587 shares outstanding and 978,661 shares in treasury.
ASEED HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of vending machines, the production of beverages, the beverage service system business, as well as the leasing of real estate properties.
