ASG GROUP LIMITED ASG to deliver a transformational Enterprise Analytics solution for the Federal Government
ASG Group (ASX: ASZ) has signed an agreement which will contribute to the transformation of the Australian Bureau of Statistics technology environment. The deal, with expected revenue of more than $10 million over the two years, will enhance the production of coherent, in-depth statistical information from multiple sources.
The agile, meta-data driven solution will utilise best-of-breed Oracle technologies to deliver a specialised solution for the Bureau. Big Data and cutting-edge analytics feature prominently in the skills and technology that ASG brings to the table.
The ASG solution forms part the overall Statistical Business Transformation Program to standardise processes, modernise infrastructure and transform to a more agile service model that facilitates greater innovation. This will enable the ABS to provide better support for policy formulation, development, evaluation and research.
This deal, which was awarded following a competitive tender process, will significantly expand ASG's Enterprise Applications footprint in the Federal Government space.
