a. To receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements and

b. To approve and declare a final dividend for the year ended 31 December

c. To re-elect retiring Directors and to authorize the Board of Directors
to determine their remuneration.
d. To re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Auditors and to authorize
the Board to fix their remuneration.
e. Required by the Listing Rules of HKEx, to authorize the Board to issue
news shares representing up to 20% of the aggregate nominal amount of the
issued share capital of ACC (China), and to repurchase issued Shares
