Asia Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A050860) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 common shares for KRW 3,600 million at an offer price of KRW 3,600 per share. The purpose of the program is to raise stock value. The shares will be repurchased in cash. The shares will be repurchased until November 22, 2017. As of October 31, 2017, the company had 214,007 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury under other capacities.
