5.Cause of occurrence:
In accordance with the local government's epidemic control requirements,
Asia Vital Components (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd. and Asia Vital
Components (China) Co., Ltd. temporarily stop working
from March 14, 2022. Now according to the latest notification from Shenzhen
Government, the Company will resume operations from March 21, 2022.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The Company will continue to cooperate with the local government's
epidemic prevention policies, and strengthen various epidemic prevention
measures and strict control to ensure the safety and health of employees.
(2)No material impact to the Company's financial and business for this stop
working.
