Associated Electrical Corporation PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company that is engaged in the trading of Yamaha generators, spares and carrying out repairs to generators. Associated Motorways PLC is a subsidiary of the Company. Commercial Agencies (Ceylon) (Pvt) Ltd is the ultimate parent company of Associated Electrical Corporation PLC. Associated Motorways PLC and its subsidiaries is engaged in import and sale of motor vehicles, and spares; renting of property; import and sale of Yamaha outboard motors, power and marine products, generators, boats, spare parts and connected services; retreading of truck tires using cold process technology; leasing, and investment in other companies. Associated Universal (Pvt) Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Associated Motorways PLC, ceased its operations in December 2007.
