Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad announce a revised dividend policy effective immediately from the financial year ending 31 January 2024. AMH intends to distribute yearly dividends from the Group?s consolidated Profit After Tax and Non-Controlling Interests. Dividends will be paid depending on overall business and earnings performance, capital commitments, financial conditions, distributable reserves and other relevant factors.
