Oslo, 21 December 2022 - Atea today announced that the company has earned a
Leadership Band placement among global companies analyzed by the CDP, a non
-profit organization that runs the world's leading environmental disclosure
platform.

Atea received an A- rating in CDP's annual climate change questionnaire, which
can be compared to the Europe regional average of B, and the IT & software
development sector average of C. This marks a new personal best for our company
since first reporting to CDP over ten years ago.

CDP's disclosure and scoring process is widely recognized as the gold standard
of corporate environmental transparency. In 2022, Atea is recognized for its
strong performance in addressing climate change.

Atea has disclosed information regarding ongoing efforts addressing climate
change through CDP since 2010. Atea has had a group Climate Policy in place for
several years and was one of the first companies globally to set a Science Based
Target, verified by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTI).
