Athena Gold Corporation is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources. The Company is focused on exploring its Excelsior Springs Project located approximately 45 miles southwest of Goldfield in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The Excelsior Springs Project comprises approximately 191 unpatented mining claims and two patented mining claims or approximately 3,900 acres. The Crow Springs project is a porphyry Cu-Mo-Au target in a quartz monzonite porphyry stock, which is located along the eastern margin of the Tertiary Walker Lane structural province in the southern Royston Hills, northern Esmeralda Co., Nevada. It also owns two non-material projects, including Palmetto Prospect and Gaillac Prospect.
