On December 11, 2019, Ram Technology Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A171010) closed the transaction. The company has issued 1,702,187 convertible preferred shares for gross proceeds of KRW 11,499,975,372 in its second tranche closing, bringing the total gross proceeds raised in the transaction to KRW 18,999,975,372.
