In accordance with the provisions of Article 227 of the Ley del Mercado de Valores, Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de Comunicación, S.A. (Atresmedia Corporación) hereby notifies the following
RELEVANT INFORMATION
The Board of Directors of the Company, in the meeting held on 26th February 2020, has agreed to formulate the annual accounts for the Year 2019.
The proposal for the distributions of profits includes the payment of a supplementary dividend, on 18 June 2020, to be charged against the 2019 results, amounting twenty five cents (0,25€) gross per share, would be added to the amount of twenty cents (0,20€) gross per share that was already paid on 18th December 2019 as interim dividend.
