Montreal (Quebec), October 21, 2013 - Atrium Innovations Inc. (TSX: ATB) ("Atrium" or the "Company"), a globally recognized leader in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of innovative, science-based natural health products, today announced that Mr. Alain Bouchard, a director of Atrium, has informed the Company of his decision to resign from the board, effective immediately.

Mr. Bouchard has been a valuable member of our board since 2002 and throughout the years has provided valuable insight as the Company experienced its various stages of development.
