Lithium Resources Investments Pty Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire Karramindie Project assets from Aurumin Limited (ASX:AUN) for AUD 0.5 million on August 3, 2023. The acquisition is conditional on MinRes completing and being satisfied with its due diligence enquiries and obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. The completion of the deal is expected to occur within 2 months.

Funds received from the sale will be used to reduce the outstanding balance of the Convertible Note held by Collins Street Asset Management Pty Ltd.
